Straight Oils
Vaporform VO-995
Vaporform VO-995 is a low viscosity vanishing oil used for light duty stamping and forming applications. Vaporform VO-995 evaporates after use eliminating the need for a subsequent cleaning operation. This product is also used for stamping aluminum, galvanized steel, tinplate, copper, brass, terne plate, and pre-painted steel. Vaporform VO-995 is the economical answer to your vanishing oil needs.
Vaporform VO-130
Vaporform VO-130 is a highly formulated, low viscosity vanishing oil formulated to meet the industry’s needs for a light duty stamping and forming oil. Vaporform VO-130 evaporates after use eliminating the need for a subsequent cleaning operation. This product is especially useful for stamping alumium, galvanized steel, tinplate, copper, brass, terne plate, and pre-painted steel. Vaporform VO-130 is compounded with a highly refined base solvent.
Kleardraw 3000
Kleardraw 3000 is a mineral oil based stamping and drawing compound designed for medium to heavy duty applications on all grades of steel.
Soluble Oils
Prodraw 50-2
Prodraw 50-2 is a chlorinated metal forming fluid designed for severe deep drawing operations, and a variety of stamping applications. Prodraw 50-2 is a water reducible product, but can be used in its present state for difficult applications.
Prodraw 1510
Prodraw 1510 is a water soluble heavy duty stamping and drawing fluid. This chlorinated compound can be used in its existing state for those extremely tough applications or may be used in a diluted form using water as the carrier. Prodraw 1510 can be used on all alloys without any detrimental effects to the dies or tools.
Prodraw 70-2
Prodraw 70-2 is a heavily chlorinated, water reducible metal forming fluid for extremely severe deep drawing operations, and a variety of stamping applications. Prodraw 70-2 can be used neat for the toughest of applications or diluted to meet the needs of any particular metal forming application.
Semi-Synthetics
DD-600
DD-600 is a chlorine free, clear-amber, semi-synthetic stamping and drawing compound. DD-600 is readily soluble in water or may be used in its present state. DD-600 is designed for light to moderate duty metal forming applications.
DD-1000
DD-1000 is a heavy-duty, semi-synthetic, metal forming compound that is designed to meet or exceed the toughest applications. DD-1000 can be diluted with water or used in its present state.
Synthetics
Roldraw 432
Roldraw 432 is a general purpose, true solution, synthetic metal forming compound. Roldraw 432 is designed specifically for the metal forming customer that is looking for the performance of a heavy duty synthetic without the cost.
Roldraw 822
Roldraw 822 is a 100% water miscible synthetic metal forming compound. It is designed to be used in its present state or dilute with water to desired concentrations. This material will leave a transparent dry-to-the-touch protective corrosion layer, which will allow for indoor corrosion protection for an extended period of time.
DD-400
DD-400 is a non-toxic, clear, semi-viscous, synthetic metalworking fluid. Readily soluble in water may be used in its present state. Due to its unique chemistry DD-400 will perform equally as well on your difficult applications as it will on your less demanding applications.
